Orders and refunds:

-DEFECTIVE product:

If you find a problem or for some reason our product is not what you ordered (as pictured and described on our page) please contact us as soon as possible, and in any case within 15 days, with us at tel. 2315-110186 or by sending an email -mail to [email protected] so that we can immediately replace the code or codes that have a problem at our expense.

-Departure - return:

You have the right within 15 days to return* the order to us if you are not satisfied, and we will refund your money** as long as it has NOT been used and is generally in its original condition. In this case, you bear the costs of the return. Please first contact us at tel. 2315-110186 or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] so that we can arrange the return method.

-Size changes:

You have the right within 15 days to request a change* of clothing or shoe size. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

*NOT APPLICABLE TO INVITATIONS AND FAVORITE SETS & CANVAS WITH NAME EMBROIDERY OR CHANGES IN THEME, COLORS, ETC.

-Transportation for sending your order
-Value of any replacement payments
-Returns that have been lost and did not arrive at our company.

Once we have received the package and checked the products, you will receive an email confirming the full refund.
Any refund will be made within 12 working days. In the event that the return is due to product unavailability, within 5 working days.
